“If we wanted to build just a simple POS business, I wouldn't have raised any money and I would have just built kind of a a lifestyle business on point of sale. It's not a big enough industry to just win on point of sale. To really deliver value to an operator, to get them to buy something, for them to switch from pen and paper or legacy tools, you got to deliver something better. Because pen and paper, yes, it sucks, but it's fast.”
