“Yeah, it was crazy. Especially in the summer, we would go with him. He would go to Sam’s Club or Costco, or that equivalent, and get all the food for the restaurant. We’d ride around on the cart, and then he’d go to the restaurant and do a big lunch service. He wouldn’t really come home until 10:00 after he shut it all down. So, yeah, it was sort of an always-on thing, and you’re always on your feet doing something.”
