Sometimes, I’m lagging behind where things need to be, but then sometimes, I feel like I’m keeping up with that. But you’re absolutely right. As I was saying before in talking about our entire team, it is rapid change, and so just it’s true for anybody on our team, it’s true for the CEO, as well. Either you keep pace of that change, and you grow in your skill set and in your way of doing things, or you’re holding back the company.”
