“At that time, in fact, we were one of the first, if not the first, integrations into Twitter where you could ask your question through Twitter, get the answer back. It was a really cool business. So it took off like crazy. Our marketing strategy worked brilliantly. We aligned with certain events because it was very fascinating. If you ask somebody, hey, we've got, or you said to somebody, we have this service on your phone that you can ask it any question and it'll answer you. People would just be blown away by that idea.”
