“I met Shane Bradley, who had this idea around replicating GrabOne the stage. This was when GrabOne was in its infancy in 2009, 2010. He said, “I think this idea is going to be big.” I said, “Look, Mate. I want to take a risk, and I want to have a bid on this.” We started. There were four of us when we started, and then we scaled it to about 150 people quickly. Then, exited that after 1 ½ to 3 years. It was such a blast. I’ve never been in a business so quickly that gets product/market fit. We got out at the right time, which is great. There are a lot of things I took from that, that I can now apply, and I still apply today.”
