“We're still a startup. We're small. We're a bit less than 50 people, but definitely, the company has gone through a transition this year, in particular, because we now have a marketing commercialization team, which is a different type of person than we've ever had in the company before. So, it's been a transition year that's been really wonderful because it's not enough to make a product. That product has to be brought to life, and we're learning so much about how to do that.”
