“Paradoxically, in some ways, it was easier because especially at that point, there was not a whole lot of local competition. We were the most exciting technology company in the state of Indiana, and there were some great engineers coming out of Perdue University, Notre Dame, Indiana University, a small engineering college called Rose-Hulman. There was great talent there. Before us, those people all went to the coast. We were able to draw on people who didn't want to leave, who wanted to stay within the community and even some who came back. So, we were able to assemble an amazingly strong team.”
