“Yeah, you know, it was it was really We didn't really want to. I mean, it was always the vision, but there are lots of visions where you realize the pain to get to the vision is is just so high that you don't even want to go there. um and And that's where we kind of had gotten to. We had realized that um the consulting model worked. We knew we wanted to move to software, but we couldn't do it until we had several of our customers approach us and say, we cannot do business with you anymore.”
