“Well, you know for sure you're going to hear what they believe and feel. It's not couched. It's direct. I appreciate that. We just had a board meeting, and one of our lead investors and Phil were going back and forth about the details of a particular issue. I think there's a hutzpah association about being able to be really clear. When you can get to that kind of granular real points without being couched, a lot of amazing stuff gets done. It's really valuable in that context.”
