“You know what? It’s really a culture of cultures, I’d say. I think we find values that we believe in at Medigate, passion, entrepreneurship, things that we encourage everyone in the organization to do. But the interpretation of the values really depends on the local culture. So, Israelis are Israelis; Americans are Americans, and it is different. We have some European folks, as well. That’s different, as well, but it’s what makes life interesting. We’re learning a lot from the different cultures, and I certainly am on a personal basis, and it’s a big part of our growth, and my personal growth, honestly.”
