“You know, it's really funny. I think the the word for me was like, oh, I want to be the boss. You know, I think I just had this um leadership quality and I'm someone who loves the new. I love to break new ground and go into new new territory. And it just felt exciting to me. And something that naturally happened was I was very clear about what i was good at and what i wasn't good at and i was really magnetized by people who had complimentary skills and i love inspiring them to come with me on whatever mission i was on and i just found that i did my best work in teams using even as a very young person.”
