“Yeah, that's a really good point because I definitely do acknowledge and recognize that as well. And I've heard and you know heard it and seen it in in others as well. I think what I was able to do, like there's a few things that are really, really important that I've learned as a founder. You've got to build stress management habits. You've got to take it seriously. And for me, it's meditation, regular exercise, and sleeping enough.”
