“I had the opportunity to spin my business. I had started a couple of businesses. As a team, we had grown that business significantly. We had an opportunity to spin that business and sell it out of HP, which is really what happened. I led the team that spun out of the business. It was the opposite of the acquisition, so we spun our business out and became an independent business, which then grew to what is now a 300 to 400-million-dollar business in its own right as an independent company.”
