“I would say—there are so many beautiful lessons I've learned, but I think from a pure business standpoint, I always say this, and I think it's really important: make sure you're solving the right problem and defining the right problem. Defining things is very important. Make sure you're solving a right problem that exists or frustration that exists, and define it well, and spend a lot of time doing that. I think just from a strategic like I want to start a company. I think how you define a problem, and how you think about it is really, really important.”
