“They offered a multiple on ARR that you really can’t say no to. The board was behind it. In all of these companies, even after they go public, they get bought. So, one of the things I’ve learned is there is this point where everybody can’t say no. That’s what happened there. Also, we were like four-and-a-half years in at that point. Then, before that, it was like a two-year-plus side project for me. It gets to the point where it gets a little boring. Then I had the new company, InCountry, as a side project at that point.”
