“Yeah. That company in the early days, we were three or four. My first step was to get it up and running. I got kitchen staff, get a driver. I didn’t speak German well, and so I had to hire a bunch of guys, [8:50], without speaking any one of their languages, and they were not speaking English. That was the fifth year. It was a very interesting experience and [9:01], but I was still young, and it was a lot of responsibility and learning in this stage too. That experience was a super-fast-track to an entrepreneurial life.”
