Really, I think about it in two ways: As a business, make what we do and make our processes as efficient as possible so that we can do what we do better, faster, and more effectively. That's one thing. The second piece is around customer experience and to significantly enhance the customer experience through the use of technology. Both of those are big focuses for us. Ultimately, in the long run, we are working toward creating emotionally intelligent buildings.”
