“It was an emotional, big moment, but we knew that this was an excellent price, that there was a very low probability that our stock would get back to the mid-30s or above in the next year. Frankly, probably two or three years given the hard work we're doing on the business right now to upgrade our products, expand our reach, develop our consumer marketplace, to integrate our recent acquisitions. We've got a lot of work to do, and we need to roll up our sleeves on that. We were our constraining our work because we were also under pressure from our investors to get profitable again.”
