“There were a few rules, and they've been very public about the guidance they give to people like things around hiring and how to think about the first people you hire. Don't hire too quickly. Things around making a few users really love the product versus having a lot of people who like it. Thinking about the way that you fundraise from investors and the kind of investors you want to work with. There are a bunch of areas that they were very helpful with that set a good foundation for the company, but things that we hadn't really thought of before.”
