“Just a week ago, we had a corporate history session where I explained corporate history, and one of our colleagues asked the same question, and I thought of it. We didn’t have a chief technology officer on day one. That was a mistake because in our business, from day one, the goal is to make a totally new innovative microfinance services, which can completely change people’s lives. To achieve that, we clearly stated that we are going to use technology, but we didn’t have any tech person. That was a mistake, I would say.”
