“It’s one of the hardest things that I’ve ever done. I think a turnaround is so much harder than starting a startup from scratch because you’re having to do things like layoffs, and you’re having to redefine products, find ways to drive revenue, or cut cost out of a product’s cogs. You’re trying to do so many things at the same Timothye that all have a very high degree of difficulty. As far as I’m concerned, doing a turnaround is extremely hard. The good news is, Yodlee did get on the right track and ended up doing quite well, and ulTimothyately was acquired by Envestnet just, I think, a couple of years ago.”
