“and you don't have to build a massive edifice in the first 12 months. I don't need infrastructure for this than the other. You know what you need? We need to prove the service. Convert the customers, have the the wonderful experience of running the operations, and then you can build and you can build. And I think that's the lesson, I guess, moving from the corporate world. If you move from the corporate world, you're you're used to these big businesses with teams doing this and teams doing that. You know, when I speak to my fellow entrepreneurs, they'll say to me, the biggest mistakes.”
