“There was an interesting story, but the truth is, we found an investment firm. They were looking to invest in this micromobility industry. Our sponsorship went to do something new with this bike-sharing system in Brazil. So, we did this because, with this sponsorship, the contracts in our hands could last more than three or five years. With the other company, they would end the contracts. So, that contract in my hand has a lot of value. Their hand has no value. Because of that, we’re able to buy the projects and acquire the company.”
