I have a board member who’s been an entrepreneur twice, and he’s great at giving tactical advice. I had a couple of other advisors and other CEOs that I could call and talk through this. Thankfully, we took the clean way out, and that really helped. It is the kind thing to do to relieve them and let them find what is great for them and what they’re going to be great at. It doesn’t feel like that in the moment, but you’re actually doing the right thing.”
