You may be able to convince investors that your vision is good. You may be able to convince employees that your vision is good. But ultimately, the water finally settles. The company really needs to work. And there's a level of humility you need to have that milestones like fundraising don't really mean much. Milestones like like building a technical product don't really mean much.”
