“um position within the company where they could stay close to the new leader and um and see how we build things from this point onwards. So I think there's many different cases you really just have to be transparent with one another and set the right goals and objectives and see if we can make the leap and if not then that's totally fine but then we have to up level the teams and and the skill sets within the teams and at times you just have to hire and a new leader within the team and that's that.”
