“Yeah. I wish I'd listened to myself back then because I'm quite sure I would have been far more productive if I wasn't working 100-hour weeks, and killing myself staying up all night, and doing those things. But it felt like one, I had to, and I think that's a myth. That's not true. And two, it felt like part of the culture. If you weren't doing it, you weren't good enough. Where today, I think very differently about that, that I want to have the most productive hours during my workday. That might extend into the evening. However, if I have the most productive hours, I need less hours.”
