“On the bad lessons, I think I was pretty burned out at the end. For high performing, high achieving, driving people, you don't just burn out in a day or a week or a month or maybe even a year. So toward the end of my time, I was really burnt out. I wanted to do something new, and I don't think I even realized it until it was much, much later. So I used both of those lessons in helping to start Capacity because I really wanted to see people do their best work, which is the mission of our new company.”
