“I loved it because, for me, I got into computers as a kid because I liked the challenge. I think it was probably the most challenging thing I've done in my life is the transition, especially to CEO. I loved that challenge. You learn a lot. It's a steep learning curve. I loved that. But it's quite different. Basically, the skill sets needed by a CEO are extremely different. They're almost the opposite of what you need as a researcher or as a research leader. I had to learn all of those, and talk to people, get coaches.”
