Now, I believe the CEO needs to be extremely involved in that kind of "Where does this fit into our product roadmap, and how do I think about this team and the deal structure?" It's a very personal decision. For you, as the entrepreneur, it's a very personal decision. I think the other thing you should look for is the team on the other side treating it as a personal decision, which almost always means the CEO needs to be personally involved.”
