I call that relationship capital or customer founder fit. um And so if you look at, for example, bark, our problem, ah the thing we wanted to solve was we wanted to help people who love dogs. We want them to help them make their dogs happy. And so when we had started to have success with making bar box, our next product wasn't to do a cat box, right? Because our business was not putting stuff in a box and sending it to people.”
