“body and and and my brain kind of like not go crazy. Then it's a family, how do I stay a good dad and son and all these other things. It's relationship, I believe that you become more of the people that you surround yourself with so you have to be purposeful in that. And then it's ego or self kindness. And the plus one is actually sitting down on a weekly if not daily basis and making sure that you're allocating the right amount of resources to the boxes that not currently is being filled to the level that you want.”
