I mean, make sure it's your accountability to make it profitable. But if you don't start with a consumer, you're screwed. If you try to like work your way into something that can work OK, but it's awesome economics for you, that's not going to be a real business. though That won't last long. um But it's going back to basics, typically, in the turnaround situations.”
