“and I had realized that actually like mental health care, you know, is very, very important, but it's very narrow focused in a way that there's, we're pretty much just doing therapy or we're doing medication. And there's no, no, like in a larger picture, there's not a lot of like exercise or like dietary advice or sleep coaching, things like these, or even communities that are like really important actually for human flourishing and human wellbeing. And I took like a deep dive into these domains.”
