“I think the top good lesson was strong leadership and having a measured approach and communicating fearlessly but respectfully. We had a wonderful CEO. I talked to him recently, a couple of weeks ago — a wonderful guy, very measured, very balanced, smart, smart guy. The worst lesson was the inverse of that. There were people that were duplicitous, and backbiting, and the more money that gets involved, the more you see the negative spots of some people.”
