Gerrit Marx is the Chief Executive Officer of CNH, leading a global team of over 35,000 employees focused on agriculture and construction. He assumed the CEO role at CNH in July 2024. Prior to this, he was CEO of Iveco Group N.V. from January 2022 to June 2024, following its spin-off from CNH. His career spans 25 years in industrials, machinery & equipment, and automotive sectors, with previous roles at Bain Capital, Volkswagen AG, Daimler AG, and McKinsey & Company.
