Josh McCarter was the founder and CEO of Booker, which was acquired by Mindbody for $150 million in March 2018. After the acquisition, McCarter transitioned to Mindbody, where he later became President and CEO, and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Earlier in his career, McCarter ran a struggling SaaS business in New York.
