What's the difference between raising equity to also raising you know the warehouse facilities? >> So two parts I can tell you luckily my seed round happened during the best time to raise money which was uh late 21 early 22. So that was a pretty awesome round. My second raise has been during the toughest time in history which is early 2024 when the interests were the highest as possible when the world was shaking, fintech was down, prop tech was down, everything was down. So that was as challenging as hell. Um the idea was to build a good storyline at the end. What is the problem you're solving? What does the team and what does the history say about the future? and what is the total addressable market and how to get it nailed and all these things together kind of tell the story to the VC that you can get [ __ ] done and they believe in you. race. And one of the other thing is I've raised during co and I told um all my angel investors and my former partner that for me I don't do zoom meetings on the first one. I want to meet the people I'm going to marry. I want to be sure I'm in the room having fun and laughing because if they're anal, no, I don't want their money.
