So many things I would tell that one but the biggest thing would probably be that um you know trained as a engineer it's great that uh the the the younger one your strength is problem solving and you would solve any problem in front of you run through to make things happen but at the same time it's extremely important to pay attention and be aware of um you know the uh uh actual human beings like the the the center of the world is always human beings. It's not just the problems. So what I mean by that is when it comes to solving problems, not only it is important to understand the what, but also you got to understand the why and and why this problem exists and when you solve it, what may be the best path to solve it. Is it just bluntly to solve it right in front of you or there are other things you know uh related to this that cause this problem that you know mostly you know f you know
related to um you know how human beings work how human beings think and feel how what are the things that human beings care about and when it comes to different stakeholders different parties of of a problem maybe just maybe there are you know highly efficient highly effective highly leveraged solutions than a pure blonde kind of engineering solution right in front of you. That is what I would say to my younger version. Uh to put it you know plainly like for my last company I think still the problem is absolutely worthy of solving but the path we picked was a rather hard path. It was good that we did we accomplished certain things but I would say the same amount of time same amount of energy spent on it. There could be even bigger results out of it. Not just from a financial standpoint but really also from an impact that how quickly you know can we enable technologies to get adopted and
then make the world a better place. There are better pathways and just got to be open to it. Got to be mindful of it. got to be aware that hey the human factors is always the most important and pay attention to what people want not just what you want is kind of
