So there's three levels of startup thinking. And the craziest part is that most founders, they literally get stuck in one of them. So the first one is ultimately the product focus. If they build it, they will come. You know, they're building based on assumptions as opposed to building based on data. And all of a sudden that perfection creates paralysis. For those startups that are able to unlock that next level, that's ultimately the distribution is how are we going to find our customers? Where are they going to be? what competitive advantage we could create to actually get people to find us as quick as possible.
