We were selling our technology and we had a sales guy who said you know there's another company that is a public company uh which is trying to crack the same space but with the different angle and uh they want to you know just have a conversation to see what else is going on you know in your world and I was right in the middle of raising our series B at that time. So I thought okay why not you know like if it's a financing maybe you know they'll do a financing with us sometimes you get a strategic company and so it was a completely uh serendipitous uh discussion that that we had with the CEO of this company and trust and he said uh listen you could raise a financing but we are after the same market you are I already have a hundred million a year business in the same market selling you know uh software to the same this is the new technology software I've got the existing customers why
don't we combine and just uh you know so it was just kind of a over dinner discussion.
