And the week we went out was literally the busiest week in the history of NASDAQ. So you know in early uh kind of you know early 2020 um you know the business was doing really w you know as co kind of happened. We were performing really well through COVID and we had a lot of diversification. Businesses was continually growing. Uh we were very profitable. As 2021 hit um getting through that in a way that was much more positive than we had expected. We had a lot of scale at that time and the bankers the markets if you remember were just wide open. You know they were just you know on fire. So we had, you know, all the big banks coming to us telling us, you know, the values we're going to go public at, um, the opportunities for us to utilize that that capital to continue to buy more organizations, um, and also to uplevel our talent was really the three main reasons we decided to go to kind

of go that path.
