Hey guys, so how crazy is this? So literally Apple bought 14 years ago Siri. And on that exact day where they closed the acquisition, that's the moment where they stopped developing it farther. Back in 2010, actually, Siri was by far the most advanced voice first system. The founders Adam Cher and Doc Kits literally changed the world. Steve Wnjak and also Steve Jobs were so impressed that Steve Jobs actually invited Adam Chi, the co-founder of Siri, to his house for dinner. During that dinner, Steve Jobs literally told Adam Cher that he wanted to acquire his company. But Adam Chire on the spot declined, but Steve Jobs kept going and finally he was able to get a deal for 200 million acquiring Siri. That was the day where Siri stopped its development and also that was the day where Apple missed out on the opportunity on being the voice first AI assistant.
