It's how you perform, act, think at the lowest points of the company that are going to determine how well the company does. I think the most important thing that I've learned over the past many years is you need to take the lows and the highs in moderation. So, there are going to be a lot of low points and when those low points happen, you need to be able to persevere and you need to be able to go uh make sure that the company is doing what it needs to do to not die because death is the only thing that can truly kill a company. It's death. Uh so, as long as we're not going to zero, as long as the company's not dying, well, we have a chance. So, at the lowest points, you need to be able to operate as your best self.
