How is this possible guys? Women let startups outperform but only get 3% of the VC funding out there. That's not a diversity problem. That is literally an inefficiency issue. When an asset class outperforms and gives 2.5x the return, literally it means that there's an arbitrage issue. VCs spend millions chasing alpha, but they're missing the one single biggest thing, and that is seeing startups that are not led by men. Look at KA for example, $49 billion valuation from Melanie Perkins, a completely overlooked founder out of that pile.
