There will always be cycles. One, you know, thing that's very clear to me is everything is cyclical. And you just have to to wait it out. And whenever anybody ever tells you that something is dead, that's when you need to and when when the consensus is that's the case, you should absolutely be an invest investing in it with the rise of e-commerce before COVID, everyone said retail was dead. And then when COVID hit, everybody said retail's really dead now. And everybody was totally wrong. And retail came back strong. And retail's been doing very well. You know, when 9/11 happened, everybody said no one's ever going to want to be in a tall building, you know, ever again. And no one's going to be on a high floor. And it's like where's the highest rents in office? The tallest buildings on the highest floors. You know, um so everything's cyclical. Everything comes back around. You just have
to have patience.
