You know, if you were to have your your younger self in front of you, what what do you tell that younger Tom? That is a great question. Um I think there's two things that you don't know before you start this. And one of them is that it's relentless. It's utterly relentless, and it's it never stops. And just to keep going. Like you just got to put one foot in front of the other every single day. If you're doing something to move the whole thing forward every day, you look back in 3 months, and you will have moved it. And it's sometimes incredibly frustrating because it doesn't feel like you're making any progress at all. That confidence that if you could give oneself back, you know, back then, I think that's that's one of the the the key things. That's probably the key thing I think anybody needs to hear who who wants to do something like this is just keep going and believe in yourself.

Like really, nobody's that clever. Nothing's that difficult, right? I mean, you know, that that really are you just got to believe in yourself and keep going. I know that sounds a little bit trite, but but it's actually true.
