So tariffs are up, markets are down. But startups, they may just have found a silver lining. New trade barriers means more obstacles for tech startups. As Thomas Dungo states, 50% of the revenue generated by those tech companies, it's actually generated from overseas. That actually makes them very vulnerable to market shocks. But here's the thing. On uncertain times, great companies focus on efficiency. And that's where AI comes in. Tomma Bravo actually estimates that IT spend is going to grow from 2.5% all the way to 4% by 2030 of the GDP. Tariffs may actually slow down buying decision, but they may at the same time accelerate AI adoption.
