What is what is how can I manage to well to accelerate my my my model my my company the success etc all is linked to leadership. So this is a key and central central subject for me and honestly I will not make a lesson of leadership because I don't know the first point of I mean the first thing on on leadership is to be of course natural not to try to force his nature and and this is not what I'm doing. I like some of the ideas because I read a lot of leadership. Uh I like the ideas of Alexandra Aad on the leadership which is which is made by virtues. We have to work this is not totally uh it is natural. I mean a leader is a leader but he have to to show it. He has to he have to live he has to live his leadership and leadership is about virtues and especially two virtues. Humility is the key
for leadership. It's it may be strange but humility is one of the key for the leadership along with um man um mananimity excuse my English but I think it's in English is mananimity in French but manimity in English so these two virtues for me are the basis of a of of leadership humility and mananimity if you get this if you work this I mean you will be a leader which is not a manager The leader is um is um is leading uh people's is leading uh men and women. The manager is leading things is leading projects uh which is is making projects advance. The leader is making people advance. So these people have to get trust in in the in your capacity to to to to reach this to reach this this virtue. Uh so yeah leadership is is is not black or white. It's not an exact science but in my opinion it's something that you get that you have in in yourself but you have but that you have to work out. You
