Beth Ford is the CEO of Land O'Lakes, a century-old agribusiness and food company, where she has prioritized environmental sustainability and addressing the climate crisis since taking the helm in 2018. Under her leadership, Land O'Lakes' sustainability business, Truterra, has paid farmers over $9 million to sequester carbon and is working to help them adopt regenerative agriculture practices. Truterra also secured a $90 million USDA grant to expand its efforts in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
